Hey it's Rue. I was thinking that if someone logs in or logs out, the sight should play the log in sound in adition to there zbp tags, so people don't have to look at who logs in, but the option of displaying it threw quicknotes would still be there...
That would get very annoying, very quickly. Plus, what if you have more than one log in or log out in a refresh? Then you'd have multiple tags playing at once, that would be confusing. Plus, why would you want sounds for them playing, when you read them while you're reading quick notes anyway?

I would be so annoyed...if you're looking to keep people away from the zone that's a hell of an idea. lol!

i'm not quite sure what you are getting at.
when someone logs out of zone by phone, the site does play a zone by phone sound to let people know that they logged out
i really don't see why we need to here that person's tag, if that's what you mean
or were you trying to get at something else?
Dan, Rue was saying that people's ZBP tags should play when they log into the website.
I agree with everyone else, it does not serve a good purpose. If multiple people logged in at once, then multiple tags would play simultaneously, getting very annoying very quickly.
Rue, if you've ever been on ZBP, you'd know that tags do not play separately when multiple people enter a conference at once.
If you wanna know who logged in, you can always read the text on the site or pass their user name in the list of users to message. It's really not a hassle to figure out who just logged in.

I wouldn't be against this idea, except that sometimes, 4 or 5 people log in and out of ZBP in a single refresh of the site, which would get on my nerves, and apparently a lot of others, too.
sorry Rue, but tgs would get very annoying as like 6 or 7 people could log in or out of a conference and it would play all the nametags at the same time.
It would be nice. but is it worth it. sounds like it would get annoying. quite fast. just saying. i have to agree with everyone. elce. .
